Toffee is sugar allowed to change, run a little wild. The cook has to be perfect, not too hard, not too sticky, just luscious with a soft buttery snap. Coated with deep rich dark chocolate or creamy milk chocolate and topped off with slow roasted almonds for a roasty toasty finish.
