German for “peppernuts,” these soft, spiced holiday cookies are named for the pinch of pepper added to the dough before baking.
A traditional Swiss treat made with aromatic winter spices of cinnamon, clove, cardamom, and honey, with a light orange and lemon citrus glaze.
