Blackcurrant bar
An offering to the weather Gods for warm weather comes in the form of a Blackcurrant bar. Blackcurrants are bright, sweet and sharp with an intense berry tang. A rich, buttery, lemon shortbread crumble scattered across the surface of the bar melts beautifully into the acidity of the currants.
The deep purple-red colour is all natural and comes from using a ridiculous amount of blackcurrants.
