Half-popped Popcorn Toffee
Whose favourite part of eating a big bowl of popcorn is the half-popped buttery, salty kernels on the bottom – me, me, me, please. Our amazing food-obsessed friend gifted us a bag of half-popped kernels and it was game over – crazy addictive and totally fun.
Our love of corn runs deep, so we tripled up – roasted corn and sweet corn niblets join the half pops. Chocolate and butter toffee bind it all together into one textural “corny” bite. Sorry, couldn’t resist.
